This is our 4th Santa Fe. We love the vehicle and we have only gone to Lia Hyundai of Albany, except when going across country, in which case we went to other Hyundai dealerships.

In both the purchase of 2 vehicles and the general service that the cars needed, Lia Hyundai's staff were attentive, timely, and respectful. Service and Care were thorough. I am very pleased and have already recommended the dealership to many. more

Routine Maintence 12/7/2013

While I don't think it should take over an hour for an oil change , tire rotation and swapping out of wiper blades I was still treated well . Would of been nice if in addition to washing the car they vacuumed the inside as well. more

Big Disappointment 12/3/2013

My 2008 shifter starts to stuck on the (Park) position lately and wouldn't move until I use the shift release Button I didn't took the car to any mechanic because I would only trust Hyundai dealer judgment for such problem and as soon as I received the recall letter I brought my car to Lia Hyundai but the let me down, and they didn't fix it. just because I am the third owner of this vehicle. and I am not sure If that is an ok thing to happen but I am very disappointed more

Always the Best 11/20/2013

Went for 1 year service, 15k miles. This was the 5th time I have been there for routine service. They are EXCELLENT. Always on time, complete, friendly, and professional. more
