Absolutely the worst jewelry store in Fairfield County, CT! I will never do business with them again. They lie about the quality of their own jewelry. The customer service is horrible! Snooty and arrogant staff. I know they sell Cartier and Rolex but you can go a few towns away and get much better service at David Harvey in Darien or Henry C. Reid's at the New Canaan store. You can also get much better prices and quality on diamond jewelry at Alton's Jewelers in Fairfield. Fanado's in Trumbull has very good prices on certified diamonds so they are another good store to go to, especially if you are looking for an engagement ring. Buyer beware!!! more

Fantastic customer service 2/21/2012

I had taken my watch to 2 different jewelers, the first location damaged my quartz watch making it necesary to travel to the second jeweler, no one was able to assist me in the second store. A friend recommended Lenox Jewelers, so i walked in and showed them my damaged watch. Their watchmaker was on site that day, he checked the watch, replaced the damaged part and i was good to go within the hour. I spent an hour in their lounge watching news and sipping on coffee while they worked on my watch. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. more

Customer Beware! 12/8/2009

They have had my wedding band for 10 weeks now - to make a duplicate of - when it fnally was ready, after I disputed payment with Amex - it was done incorrectly. So I am still waiting and will never do business with them again. more

Rather Rude 9/24/2009

This store sells beautiful jewelry - some very cutting edge which I gravitate toward. However, the staff doesn't seem to grasp that they are a service business. I've been in several times - at times dressed nicely and other times straight from weeding the yard. I was treated very differently - depending on how I looked. I'm hardly a street person, but to say I was dismissed by the staff is putting it mildly. I once took a ring in the have it sized and the gentleman (my apologies to gentlemen everywhere) told me it hadn't been purchased at Lenox. I knew this to be absolutely false. Drove home. Got the box and sales receipt. Returned to Lenox. The ""gentleman"" didn't apologize for his mistake - nothing. I left and had the ring sized elsewhere. a wonderful shopping experience 1/4/2009

My family have shopped at Lenox for over 15 years now. Every visit is a delight and we are always satisfied with our purchase. The staff at Lenox have always done their best to be sure we find something we love whether it be graduation gifts for friends and relatives or an 'engagement' ring for my 20th wedding anniversary. The selection of jewelry and watches at all price points and styles is amazing. They have also maintained all our watches over the years from my huband's 'vintage' Rolex and my 25 year old Ebel to wrist bands and batteries for our everyday Swiss Army and Fossil watches. Service has always been friendly and professional. I can recommend them to anyone who is looking for a truly wonderful shopping experience. Pros: professional, friendly service. easy parking more

My most trusted resource 3/27/2008

I've been going to Lenox Jewelers for about 7 years now. I've always been treated with courtesy and respect every time I go. I have never been pushed to buy a piece I can't afford, or something that isn't attractive on me or the person I wanted to buy it for. I've bought many watches, all different brands, and necklaces and just recently my wedding bands. Never had a problem. Lenox Jewelers treats all of their customers with the utmost respect. I have referred many people to them and have been told the same. Please go to Lenox Jewelers when you wish to buy something. I deal with all of their salesfolks, but primarily I deal with Mike.
