Not my regular dentist, but FABULOUS! 12/7/2011

Dr. D'Alfonso is my husband's dentist. I went with my husband to his appointment and was chatting with the staff about my interest in a ZOOM treatment, but my dentist charges a fortune. Dr. D'Alfonso gave me a coupon he gives to his patients so that I could have the procedure done at his office at the discounted price. I'm not even his patient. I did ZOOM and my teeth look amazing. Dr. D'Alfonso and his incredibly caring staff are FABULOUS! I think I found my new dentist!! more

Prompt, Efficient Service 12/7/2011

We are travelling here from British Columbia and half of one of my molars fell out. When I called the office, I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. It was determined that I needed a crown and they were able to deal with most of the work in the one appointment. I just have to go back to have the permanent crown placed. Everyone was very nice and the hand massage was a welcome service as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. D'Alfonso and his staff! more

Beautiful facility with warm and caring staff. you even get to watch TV or listen to music while they are working on you and offered me a warm blanket when i got cold. Great place with a very nice dentist who is patient and gentle. more

Superb Care at Lakeway Center Family Dentistry 12/3/2011

Typical situation needing quick attention. Overlay made not too long ago by Dr. Scott Gordon (stay away) failed by suddenly cracking and falling out. Interior of tooth exposed, and very tender, ouch! Called Lakeway Family Dentistry. They instantly looked up my chart, saw exactly what the problem must be, scheduled me for an appointment within 24-hours later. The rest is history. Quick, efficient, painless, and a new perfectly matched filling with a much better fit than the overlay contraption that Dr. Gordon made with his backroom fabrication machine that just plain did not last as long as it should have. A fun, no stress experience the entire time in the chair, no hassle insurance billing, and don't have to pay my copay portions until after the insurance settles. Imagine that! Thanks Dr. D'Alfonso & all the staff! more

Highly recommended! 12/1/2011

Jennifer (Dental Hygienst) was so friendly and did a wonderful job with my cleaning. I'll bet she works really well with kids! Then Dr. D came in for the exam and gave me a really good explanation of what he saw and a printout of all the prices for procedures that I will need. It was (if you can believe it) a great experience at a dentist's office! I will recommend Lakeway Center to all of my friends, which is saying something because the office is about 30-45 minutes away! I'm still going back! Thank you to Dr. D'Alfonso and his incredible staff! more

Best Dental Experience and Staff Ever! 10/27/2011

There are several dental providers in our area. My daughter and I researched quite a number of them. We chose Lakeway Center for Cosmetic and Family Denistry and are glad we did. The staff is personable and professional.Patient care and education are obviously priorities. Then there are the extras. While your dental work is being performed, you have your choice of music, television show, movie, hand massage or good old conversation. Although, we would feel the same way about them without the extras. more

I went in for my second cleaning and what an amazing staff they have. Dr. D is awesome too. Not only are they all super nice but they took time to explain everything to me as I was getting exam and cleaning. No sense in going anywhere else. more
