Not only is everything the other reviewers wrote true, but this Mac Store sucks even WORSE! I've used Mac for 6 years and have never been treated so horribly. It all started last September…
Actually it started last March when I dropped my MacBook Pro and dented the corner. Nothing was broken, just a few scratches and a dent but it worked perfectly… Fast forward 6 months. So last September when a few keys on my keyboard suddenly stopped working. I made a reservation at this Mac Store for 5:30 not knowing that they were NAZIS about punctuality.
Due to traffic I was 20 minutes late. Well, they they refused to see me! They said they could get me in no sooner than the next day. Of course, there was no one in the store except 4 or 5 ""geniuses"" standing around doing nothing. Whatever, I took the appointment.
Since I had class that day I had my boyfriend go down there. He called me from the Mac Store and says ""they won't fix it"" and explained to me that the ""genius"" said my warranty is void because of the old dent on the corner from me dropping it back in March. So now I'm fighting with a company that I was formerly prod to support and tell all my friends to buy. Screw you.
