I am extremely satisfied with the recent refurbishment of my pool & courtyard landscape by Ms. Charvet. The workmen were the utmost professional, skilled and friendly. Since I had a lot of work done all at once, the 20% off coupon for plant material helped keep the cost of the project under $2000. The plants she used were bought & brought directly from local Louisiana growers because of the better quality & certified Nursery stock that was free of any pest, insects and disease . Also, let it be know that I had gotten two other quotes for similar plants & materials & logistics (Apples to Apples wise shopping), Ms. Charvet quote was less money and provide excellent service and the design was exceptional. Since the quality of this job was superior to any others that I had hired in the past, I am hiring Ms. Charvet for my next home improvement project: Up Lights made in the USA that comes with a lifetime guaranteed. The products she proposed were more expensive made in the USA than what you find in big box stores that carry the cheap stuff that was made in China. My tip to anyone whom wants to become of customer of Ms. Charvet is: Looking for Quality at a reasonable price, then call Ms. Charvet at (504) 239-7700 and tell her you "heard about the 20% off coupon on Plants in a landscape design by Ms. Charvet.

Very spacious area outside for outdoor plants and a covered patio for the more tropical plants. Cute shop inside, but a bit overpriced.

They have a huge variety of plants which seem very healthy. If you are looking for a particular plant and you can't find it at Perinos, you will have a hard time finding it locally elsewhere. They are pricier than other places, but you get what you pay for.

The reviews of this company seemed surreal. About a year ago I needed a repair of my antique mantel clock and must say the lady behind the counter was very helpful and willing to answer what questions she could. They called to inform me of the problems with my family heirloom within two weeks and how they would repair in detail. The price to repair was healthy, but the clock went through "Katrina" and was rusted and the case was damaged. The point is, these repairman took what I thought was a total loss and restored it inside and out better than it was before katrina. A month later I picked up my clock after they called to inform me it was ready. These people have got to be organized to keep track of all the repairs I saw hanging on the wall. Why three people came in with clocks for repair while I was waiting to pick mine up. I had some questions after I got the clock home and they were very patient and again explained in detail what ever i needed to know to care for the family heirloom. By the way, my clock keeps perfect time and my overall experience was enjoyable.

Cons: They need more counter space; gets a little crowded at times.

Friendly and fun place to spend some time. My children had a blast painting a plates, a dragon and a dog bowl. We paid a studio fee, and the price of the items we choose. We really had a great time. There was no hourly fee. They had snacks and we stayed, talked, painted and had fun. I recommend this place for any age, any family looking to have a great outing.
Pros: everyone enjoyed painting pottery
