This is Kona Brewing's flagship brewery turned restaurant. The food is fairly uninteresting--pizza, sandwiches, pupus--but it's all tasty. The beers are fantastic and can now be bought all over the country--comforting when I'm stuck on the mainland and missing home. The outdoor lanai is the best place to sit: It's shady and cool and often features live music. It's first come, first serve, and on typically busy time it gets, well, very busy. Inside is nice, too, with koa and other local woods adorning. There's a retail store, with lots of T-shirts/pint glasses/etc. My trips home always include multiple visits to KBC.
