I brought my little 2 yr old because it was convenient at the time but never again!! Yes its a few dollars cheaper but what I felt after my little one got out of the chair was terrible. First off the lady said rudely ""I know how to do a faux hawk"" when i was telling her how short to cut it.
She wasnt friendly with my little boy, knicked his littlle ear. and keep in mind my boy is always really behaved and calm when he gets his hair cut.
Then she ran the clippers down the middle of his head and left a wide trail down his head. I was furious. She then immediately put a handful of gel to try and cover it up.
I just wanted to get out of there and so paid and left very unhappy.
heres where the story gets interesting.!! Well when grandma saw it she went back and demanded a refund, they replied we dont give refunds but will fix it. NO THANKS. I wouldnt put my son through that again!! Dont chance it with your babies!!! So my mom asked to see the lady that cut my boy's hair. They reluctantly pointed to the direction and my mom asked to see her cosmetology license. They said that they didnt want to show my mom so my mom insisted and threatened to go to the state board of cosmetology. They ended up showing the stylist's license and it was EXPIRED!@@ Well we are going to report to the state board of cosmetology and also as you can see, im taking the time to type this so that none of you will have to suffer and waste your hard earned money on this crap of a store!
I will give you the name of the stylist in a follow up. Yes maybe the other stylists are nothing like this but do you want to play russian roulette with your little one?? If the other stylists are great, then my apologies to them but i would question how they can hire someone like this lady to cut childrens hair. Why does she have an expired license? Just too many reasons for me not to go back and/or recommend.
Pros: they are far from anything called PRO!
Cons: yes! they are CONS!
