We have only had one issue during the many years of service, (and "he" is no longer working the counter). We've been taking are cars and trucks to Preston's since 2003. And I have never been disatisfied with this performance shop. From lifts, tires, wheels and all the audio equiptment we've purchased, we have never been displeased with any service or products. They always work to satisfy. If Prestons Performance was anything less, we would not be spending our money there! Great Performance Shop!!!!
Pros: Fast, friendly and know there tires
Cons: Need more "in stock" items

Your dealership website is excellent. It is a very pleasingly designed and visually appealing website. I took a liking for it the moment I set my eyes on it. Your website has also added utility to variety. The choice of colors and design is very pleasing. The features are very easy to use; the various discount programs you have from time to time are very well highlighted. I was really amazed at the way your dealership website has presented this ultra-cute one. Looking at the striking red 2008 Volkswagen New Beetle on your home page, I felt like I was driving this superb one! since 1986 i have been dealing with discount tires and will not go to any other
place. Once tried cosco but was not please with their tires the warranty does not meet there rules so therefore i just do not go there. Discount tires there services are great not only there services, meeting deadlines they are super super great

Wow. The two people who reviewed this place before me are complete idiots.
T.C. must never have been to this car wash as you do not leave it with an attendant, but stay in the car as L.G. stated.
The brushes within the wash bay are soft brushes and do not scratch your vehicle. Heck, they do not even scratch skin.
And to L.G., this wash does not simply squirt soap on the car, as you have so stated. There is a pre-wash, wherein the employees use a high pressure spray gun and a soft brush to remove excess dirt, bugs, and debris. And if you want this to be done well, I have found that giving the employees doing the pre-wash a good tip results in a much better pre-wash.
As for the dryers being all non-English speaking, that's just a lie. They all speak English quite well, though with a Mexican accent. Besides, I don't see how someones inability to speak a language makes your car any less clean.
And finally, if you read all the signs that are posted, the employees are much nicer to you and do a better job.

For a dealership that has been in business for over eight decades, I should say yours is remarkably in tune with the times. Your online dealership makes us wonder whether your dealership’s age is eighty or eight years old! I was quite overwhelmed by the spectrum of features your dealership offers, as well as the ease with which we can operate each of these. For instance, the Home Page is very attractive, giving an excellent view of the vehicles you have. Similarly, the section relating to Online Specials is very good, as it has something or another for the online shopper. I should say other sections are as good. Your website is very much like your dealership –in tune with the times!

Great place to have your car windows tinted. I had 2 of my vehicles done here and I've been very happy with the tint. I've recommended this company to other friends and they too had their vehicles done at Street Smart. Nobody has had a bad experience and I highly recommend this tint place.
I beleive they just recently moved. They only moved down the street so be sure and check them out.

My friends and family have been buying their Volkswagen vehicles from this dealership for the past 3 years. Each and every person that I've talked to has had the most enjoyable experience when dealing with this dealership. All the staff is incredibley courteous and helpful. Each person has needed to take their brand new vehicle into the dealership to have little things fixed or fine tuned on the car and each person has been very pleased with their experience. So pleased in fact that not only do they not hesitate to take their vehicle in any tim for service but they actually praise the dealership to other friends.
In customer service the best referral is praise from other people and this certainly is true here. A gem of a dealership.

My husband researched Dodge Duallys for 2 Months - 2 different rear ends. We called and went to every Dodge dealer in San Diego County. He test drove the same truck several times. Yes, he was asked to buy, they are in sales. When we went in to buy, everyone was very interested in what they could do for us. The salesman insisted I drive the truck to make sure it was what I wanted too. (Smart Man). They made the deal we wanted. Since, my husband has been in for regular service and they have been very accomidating. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Carl's. We have had no problems with this truck.
Pros: Great Truck - no problems with 60K
Cons: too many times back and forth
