Buying from this company was a terrible experience. I felt like they told me whatever they could to get me to buy from them, and once they had my money, they didn't really care about me as a customer. Our furniture showed up late and damaged, and the delivery guy damaged our brick wall by our driveway. Ultimately, it cost me way more money to buy from this company than just my local company. I went with them because I was going to save a little money, and they seemed so nice. When I wanted to buy, they specifically bragged about how they pick great shipping companies to deliver the furniture. Well, as I said, our furniture showed up very damaged, and the delivery guy managed to damage our brick wall by our driveway, which we had to pay to get fixed. We had to get 2 of our 3 pieces replaced. And this was after the furniture showed up weeks later than promised. One of the things we bought was a set of drawers to go under a toddler bed. One of the support beams was split and broken. The owner tried to convince us that it didn't matter and that all of the drawers were like that (he allegedly checked what they had in the showroom). He seemed shocked at the idea that we paid for brand new furniture in perfect condition, and that's what we wanted. (Also, when we did get our new set of drawers, the support beam was not split so it of course wasn't true that all the drawers were like that.) Despite telling me at first that they would do whatever they could to make it right, they basically did nothing to help with the brick wall situation (they did get me the name of the head of the company...which I had already given to them). They never took any ownership of the fact that they contracted with the shipping companies, not me. Going with this company cost me a lot of time (the furniture was weeks late, and then two pieces had to be reshipped which took another month) and extra money, and while things happen, their attitude was just terrible. more

We paid $3500 for the bedroom set for my kids . I was never given an option on how to set up the set once it was delivered . I found out later that the desk can be at up on either side . And the way guys set it up is my kids can't use the desk also the shelves of the side of the bed is impossible to clean the collect so much dust and its right next to the bed. We hadn't family matters so we have been in and out of country for the past year. At this point my daughter ( that's supposed to be sleeping on the bottom bed ) can't use the bed cause of all the dust . After I called Mathew ( owner) he was very very rude . And said I will not do anything for u or I can have delivery guys come back and redo the set up but u have to pay around $400/500 . We talking about $3500 purchase. Or he said u can set up the bed yourself . I told him I'm 8 month pregnant . He said well after u have ur baby . Delivery guys left all the mess on my driveway all the boxes . Owner was so rude that it brought tears to my eyes . more

I CANT BELIEVE I HAVE TO EVEN GIVE A STAR!!!!!I Purchased my daughters first bedroom set from this business and when it came lets just say it is the WORST QUALITY EVER!!! when it came it was soooooo damaged and i told them to take it back and i want a refund and they refused. i Called the company and Mathew the owner took days to get back to me and when he did he was very RUDE I wanted my money back and all he could tell me is i will not give you your money back! what kind of person runs a business this way. I am appalled at how damaged the furniture was and how they are reluctant to refund my money this business is a shame and its sad that someone can do this and think they can get away with it! more

We looked at 4 or 5 stores before we went to The Bedroom Gallery. They had the Best selection and the Coolest kids stuff and Great Quality. (which is very important to us.) The prices were competitive and fair. It didn't take much to get them to through in the delivery too! The furniture took 3 weeks to get which was in line with what they promised. The delivery went smooth. The drivers were polite and knew what they were doing. (I had a R & F delivery that went way bad! We are now looking for a set for my son and will shop there again. Gary M. After having some trouble with a local furniture store I was forced to use an online venue to order my children's bed. I reveiwed several places and called Kids Bedroom Gallery. What a pleasure it was to deal with these people! I spoke with George Mazza specifically, and he was wonderful. They were able to deliver the bed I needed 2 weeks FASTER than any other company could manage! Please note that I live in South Florida and I have never ordered anything of this magnitude online. I only used the curbside delivery service and actually assembled the bed on my own. Everything went smooth as could be. I could not recommend this place highly enough! more

Good: Nothing. Theyre probably the worst business i've ever dealt with.. Bad: theyre liars. False advertising all over the place. The bull that they say about the return policy is worthless. The post a 30 day return policy the "best in the business". Then under it indicate that after a "deal" or "confirmation of sale" that there are no refunds and returns. And then on the back of their contract all payments are nonrefundable. If that isnt a baiy and switch then i don't know what is. They also lie about havimg the lowest price and the 30 day 30 mile price guarantee.. Improvements: the place shut down and the owners put in jail.. Other: I say if they hold your money and cheat you. Report to bbb and ftc. Work together against these crooks.. more

I just have to say that my experience shopping (and purchasing) at the bedroom Galleries was a pleasant experience! Their website was very helpful to begin the process, and when I entered their store I was pleased with their large selection of children/adult furniture. My delivery went well, and the gentleman were courtious! I have already recommended this store to my friend who is also in the market for a children's set. more

We shopped up and down Route 9 + 18 and saw a kids set we liked at 2 other stores,this place had the best price and free delivery that weekend.Got delivered within 7 days like promised! more

All they care about is your money. Terrible customer service, I didnt read the other reviews before buying here. I would never buy here again! I agree with the other review. Read the entire back of this contract. They will not allow you to cancel for any reason. The salesperson told me I could not have the corporate number unless I asked nicely. These people are a joke! I am contacting the BBB more

The Kids Bedroom Gallery in Howell has a very good selection of children's beds, with many different manufacturers. They also have friendly salespeople, always ready to offer advice or answer questions. This is a large store, with many styles to choose from. I really enjoyed just walking around and picking out pieces. The prices are pretty competitive. I definitely will recommend to anyone looking for good, sturdy, long lasting furniture for their children. more
