Ice Cream On 9 has the largest selection of ice cream flavors I have ever seen and they also have a lot of different sugar free flavors and Italian ice flavors. They also sell a huge selection of ice cream and Italian ice in tubs that are already filled and ice cream cakes. I am trying to eat a new flavor every time I go.

This place has it all - the atmosphere, the music, the decor, and of course the FOOD! The enchiladas are to die for and everything is prepared fresh and hot, catered exactly to how you want it.
I highly recommend getting a bowl of their fresh homemade guacamole. They bring out a stone bowl and grinder, a whole avocado, and various spices and veggies and make it right there in front of you at the table!
It gets a little crowded on the weekend nights so do call ahead.

While the food at Christie's somewhat expensive, it is very affordable considering the quality of food offered. It was affordable enough that I was able to take my girlfriend there as a High School Senior. Make sure to call in advance because the dining area is very small and is constantly booked, however two days in advance should be enough. Enjoy the fantastic food, especially the Seafood, but the entire menu is fantastic.

Regent Diner has pretty good diner food but it is not the best diner around. They place is ridiculously smoky but now that smoking is illegal I am sure it will be much better. The place does stay open late and gets pretty crowded after hours. They attract all types of crowds from older people to teens.

Federici's South is owned by the same people that own Federici's in downtown Freehold. I have never had anything at Federici's besides thin crust pizza because it is just so good that it is all I want. I prefer plain but the pepperoni and sausage are both great also. Their pizza is very good but not as good as the Federici in Freehold.

I went to Chapter House for dinner and ordered steak medium rare. It came out a with barely any pink in it because it was so overcooked. I finally found the waitress and told her that it was too overcooked and I could not eat it, she took my fork and put it in my steak, seperated it and told me it was medium rare. I told her to get the manager and he actually told me that he will make another steak and it might be undercooked - I did not want undercooked, I wanted medium rare. It came out perfect and tasted good but the service was horrible.

Red Moon is fantastic. The service is very friendly, and the business is family run - and they're actually distant family friends of mine.
If you're looking for a rich, full slice of pizza - Red Moon is the place to go. The crust gets those yummy bubbles in it, and each slize is covered in toppings (sauce, cheese, whatever!)
And the garlic puffs and mozzerella sticks are good too.
Also, if you're looking to sit down and have a family meal, it's a typical pizza parlor atmosphere.
Recommended for sure.

Great bakery and great prices. Gian's Bakery & Café has a great selection of fresh baked goods. Their Italian pastries are incredible and not expensive at all. The lines get really long on holidays so be there early and expect to wait. It is worth the wait though because it’s delicious.
