I purchased a camper from Kevin's Auto at the end of summer 2007. I was very surprised to receive a call from them saying that they would not sell me the camper that I had already paid cash for, and was waiting for it to be delivered. They explained how prior to delivering the camper, they found that it had excessive damage from a leak that had been overlooked. It was their opinion that the camper was inevitabley going to give me serious problems down the line, and thank goodness, they were not comfortable selling the camper. They allowed me to return to the lot, see the damage for myself, and then look at every camper available, even the ones that were not on the lot yet, spending much time helping me select a replacement. Have never experienced this degree of service in West Virginia. Kudo's to Kev's Auto and Staff. I have to say, that when the replacement camper was delivered, there were some issueswith the bathroom shower, Kevin's Auto promptly sent out a repair man, who gave me extra tips on caring for the camper and fix'd the problem immediately. Excellent place to do your business with.
