Great customer service 6/28/2012

My family and I have been bring our cars into Kens auto repair in Port Orchard for 20+ years. These people are very professional and have great customer service. They even saved me 300 on my last repair. Ive had numerious times one body shop will tell me a much greater price than Kens. They have wavied my deductable numerous times. I'd recommend taking your car to Kens first for a free estimate before you anywhere else. more

My car wouldnt start, and I live near Kens. They came out and were able to jump my vehicle and bring it back to shop. They installed a new battery and I was on my for less than $100. Thank you, Sherri more

dont trust them 4/26/2011

Received estimate for $800.00 for head gasket job. They drove the car to their shop in january. 1st month they said they couldn't work on in order to keep the cost down. February, they are sending the heads to be finished. End of february, they are waiting for the return of the heads. March, we are waiting for more parts. Middle march, you need new engine. When down to check it out and the top of motor off, heads still on car. They never took off the heads and now all the rings are corroded and froze. Now I need a new engine. 3 months, ran well that they drove it, now its ruined. more

THE BEST !! 9/16/2009

My Insurance Company wanted me to use their preferred body shop to repair my 2005 Lexus. I had a bad prior exprienace with their preferred shop and choose to take my car to Ken's... Good choice! My car was back like new and my repair bill was less than what was estimated. They even wash and polished my car at no charge. I will recommend Ken's to everyone! more

the work is good quality, but if you want it on time, forget it! The price your quoted will not be the price you or your insurance will pay. more

This is a locally owned auto body shop that provides personalized, professional service. I know them to be very accommodating and helpful to their customers. Prices are reasonable and worth it simply for the fact of knowing you are helping out a local who knows their stuff. The atmosphere is typical car shop, yet comforting in its simplicity. more
