Horrible company 6/8/2011

I took my car in almost two years ago to get the brakes fixed because their prices were lower than most. However, when I picked it up, it was $200 more than we were first quoted, AND my brakes weren't even fixed. I have taken it back there THREE times now for the same exact problem, and each time I left with the same problem. The last time I took it in at 8:20 AM (made an appointment) and they didn't even look at it the entire day. I was stuck without a car, and it didn't seem to matter to them. I doubt they even fixed my brakes...AGAIN. more

Would not recommend 5/26/2011

I would not recommend this shop to anyone I know. Their prices are very high, just have them give you a price on a battery. This place is shady. more

BEWARE! 5/12/2011

I was having some trouble with my car earlier this week, and found Keller through an internet search. Since my car wouldn't start I would need to have it towed and I was happy to find a coupon for free towing on their website. I had my car towed there, and was called the next day and told it was a battery problem. So I went to go pick it up and was slapped with a bill of $302.50, including tow. When I pointed out that I had brought a coupon in for a free tow I was told "that's only for repairs". So then I provided a coupon for $50 off, and was once again told "that's only for repairs". So I said to the guy behind the counter "my car wasn't working, so I had it brought here and it was repaired, now it works, how is that not a repair?" to which he replied "I'm not arguing semantics with you". So I paid the $300 for the battery replacement and walked out to my car to find that they had double parked it over a space in a crowded parking lot. Thankfully there was no damage to my car, but this just speaks to the total unprofessional and apathetic attitude of the staff. BEWARE! more

Outstanding Service!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4/29/2011

Keller's Tower and Hampden store has the best customer service I have seen in years. They have set a new standard for me in how things should be done. They were upfront and honest, and were willing to work with my wife and I. My wife had to drop my car off and they brought her back home so she did not have to sit and wait. Then once I was off work we both drove down there. The owners are enjoyable to talk to/with and at no point in time felt like I was being taken. They beat the prices off everyone else near me by a more than marginal ammount. Customer for life! more

Great Car Guy's 4/12/2011

I am a working dad with 2 kids driving, I can't tell you how valuable it is to have a place to repair my cars that I can trust not to rip me off. They treat my wife with respect and all my kids have to do is call them if their cars break down. I love the piece of mind that gives me when I'm out of town. Keller's is the greatest. That reminds me I need to schedule an some service for my car. SE2910 more

I like Keller's 4/12/2011

This is the place you want to get your car fixed. I have been to several shops in Parker over the 25 years I have lived here and Keller's is the best. Thay have fair prices and excellent service. John is a blast to deal with and always makes me laugh. It's nice to know I'm taken care of and can trust my car to be reliable on the road. Thanks guys.... Tammi more

Thiefs 3/20/2011

This place is the worst!!! Thiefs, over charging, not installing parts they say they were. This place should be shut down. John lies to you as simple as looking in your face and his boss Steve backs him up. I have caught them in their lies. The owner should be ashamed of the way he is doing business. And he has his name on the place! Shut it down! more

Best of the Best 3/2/2010

The staff was very curtious and helpful. I had my car back the same day, and the coupons were very helpful. They fixed my car right the first time. I have been in many times for many services, and I have always been very pleased. They have taken my car to very high milage from new. I would reccommend everyone to follow their service recommendations. They are well worth the time and money for long life. This is the first vehicle I have never had to do any engine or transmission work to. Highly recommend to everyone I know. Pros: Best in Town Cons: I can't think of any more

Keller's is a very reputable repair shop 3/2/2010

I first met Steve 2 years ago when my car broke down and the tow truck driver recommended Keller's as the best shop in town. Steve gave me a free loaner car because I had no way to get to work. They fixed my car in the same day at a very fair price. Steve and Jerry were very courteous and even washed my car while they had it. The loaner car saved from having to take a day off work. Thanks guys you are awesome!! Pros: They take excellent care of my vehicle more

Great Service 2/24/2010

I took my car into another shop and they gave me a large estimate for several repairs. My neighbor told me that Keller's has a great reputation and so I took my car to them for a second opinion. They told me I only needed 2 of the 6 recommended repairs. Its nice to finally find an honest shop. I won't go anywhere else from now on. Pros: Saved me over $600 more

RUN AWAY!!! FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! 1/27/2010

My in-laws own a 2003 Dodge Intrepid. They were having transmission problems. They took it into Kellers which told her they needed to diagnose it. They came back and told her it needed a new transmission costing over $3,000!! I called a couple of shops in Parker which all told me that the $3k was ludicrous! I got it out of Kellers (Which charged her $170) for inspection and all of a sudden it drove fine. I took it to my other local shop which examined it for FREE! Basically, all it needed was the fluid changed! KELLERS was ready to charge my mother-in-law $3k for a tranny she didn't need! WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS! Hey Kellers.., KARMA MAN, KARMA!! Pros: NONE Cons: Ripoff, Deceptive practices, over charging, liars more

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! 12/17/2007

My first experience with Keller's was in 2005 when I took my truck in. Stephen (not Steve) was my service writer. Soon after I had the same problem and took my truck in again. Stephen never called, except to tell me that my truck was done, only to arrive and find that I owed another $800. In late February I took it back. Again the only call I got was to tell me that the service was done, this time to find a $3000 bill. Stephen said that I could make payments as I was able. I managed to get them $250 at least every three months. On average I paid $65 per month since the service. I attempted to use my Debit card and was declined, even though I knew I had enough funds. I found that without my approval or knowledge that Kellers had charged my card five times in a row for $250. This drained all of my savings, and overdraft line of credit, and left me with $26, 1 week before Christmas. I contacted Steve Edison by phone and asked why this happened, his reply was that he had waited long enough for me to pay the bill. Steve told me that he had called me several times over the last few months on my cell, which is an outright lie, my detailed cell bill confirms such. He explained to me that ?My boss (Mr.Keller) told me that I had to do whatever it takes for me to get the money?. To which I responded ?Even if it?s fraud??, ?it?s not fraud!? was Steve?s reply. I tried to reason with him, and he did not care that he took my house payment, the food off my table, and any money I had for Christmas for my family and my 5 year old daughter. I expressed my gratitude with every phone call that I returned when I was actually contacted. None the less, it in no way gives Keller?s the right to charge my debit card without my permission, or knowledge. This shop repeatedly did not call for any authorization for repairs on my vehicle, and then charged my debit card on more than one occasion without my knowledge, and refused to rectify the situation when I brought it to their attention. Pros: Loaner Cars Cons: Not authorizing expensive work, unauthorized charges when keeping cards on file. more

These guys always treat me well. 9/19/2007

I took my 2004 gmc in and they gave me a loaner car and quickly diagnosed it. They had it back the same day. I checked to see if they gave me a fair price after I picked it up. They beat the dealers price by $95. I will be using them from now on!!! Pros: Very good customer service Cons: Other shops were closer, but its worth the extra 3 mile drive. more

Poor Customer Service 8/1/2007

I took my 94 Buick to Keller's for brake service because of the free loaner car offer. I was told they don't loan cars for inspections, which is what I needed them to do before repairing the brakes. The person on duty went ahead and loaned me a Chrysler Intrepid anyway. Some minor annoyances with the car, speedometer is in kilometers not miles, the radio doesn't work, and the bill was about $15 dollars more than I was quoted as an "out-the-door" price; not big deals just annoyances. The major issue I had was that I work on a military base and must have current registration and insurance for a vehicle to enter the base. The registration for the Intrepid expired two months previous and the insurance had expired 6 months previous. So I couldn't get to work, and had to drive back to the shop and exchange vehicles, then drive back to work. This cost me three hours of work which I am unable to make up due to the fact I already work two jobs. When I asked if they could do anything to help me out, I was thinking a little ($75) off the total bill. The statement that was relayed to me from the manager, via the rep was, "We already did you a favor, by loaning you the car.". When I picked up my Buick, another service rep told that Intrepid was out of commission and I shouldn't have gotten it anyway. The loaner car service is the only reason I chose them, there are plenty of other mechanics around with good/great reputations. Next time I'll choose someone else. more

Great Service at a Fair price 10/4/2006

John and the guys a great to deal with and they always give me a free loaner car. My car gets fixed right unlike the dealer. Pros: They get my car fixed in one day Cons: A little farther for me to drive, but its worth it more
