I took my car in almost two years ago to get the brakes fixed because their prices were lower than most. However, when I picked it up, it was $200 more than we were first quoted, AND my brakes weren't even fixed. I have taken it back there THREE times now for the same exact problem, and each time I left with the same problem. The last time I took it in at 8:20 AM (made an appointment) and they didn't even look at it the entire day. I was stuck without a car, and it didn't seem to matter to them. I doubt they even fixed my brakes...AGAIN.
