I was a little apprehensive about trying martial arts, but after my first day at the studio I wished I had started years sooner. The teachers are excellent and all the people there are great. Everyone is really supportive and welcoming. Adults and children have separate classes, so adults don't have to feel self-conscious about learning with "a bunch of kids." But if a family wants to take class together, they can. It's affordable and is one of the best things I've ever done.
