Justice Jewelers is by far the best place to shop in Springfield for meaningful jewelry. In the past couple of years, my fiance has purchased white gold earrings, a Pandora bracelet, pearl necklace/earrings/bracelet, and now an engagement ring! Every visit to the store has been a great experience, and thanks to them, many great memories have been created! My husband surprized me with tanzanite & diamond earrings for Valentines Day! Judi Locke is who always helps us there and takes such good care of us. They are just beautiful and I love them. The price was very reasonable, so my husband was happy too. more

Customer service at Justice Jewelers 2/9/2012

I recently came in to sell some old broken pieces of gold, in which I received a great deal; and then I purchased a watch, & some earings. Judy was great in helping me select the perfect ones! The prices were very reasonable, quality is very good, and service was excellent! more

No new Diamonds....... 7/16/2010

For someone that taught at the GIA and being a "good old boy from Texas". You would think he would have an ad that told the truth. On one of his many radio ads, "No new diamond mines in 20 years", maybe he should read this page http://www.buzzle.com/articles/canadian-diamond-mines.html. This is just Canadian Diamond Mines. And what happened to truth in advertising? I guess he doesn't have to play by the State of Missouri laws "advertisers must have evidence to back up their claims". Well you know what they say....... they spin them big in Texas! more

I have used Justice Jewelers for both my wife's engagement ring, her wedding set, and a wedding band. They have AWESOME customer service. They are always willing to do a quick cleaning of the rings when we stop in to browse. Their prices are very reasonable given the quality of customer care and satisfaction guaranteed. more

Justice Jewelers offers a wide variety of jewels and watches for one to purchase. While the prices of the jewlerly and watches are quite expensive (you wouldn't expect less), they have obvious quality. The only reason I would give Justice Jewelers a low rating is because the last time I was there, I received very poor service. I'm a college kid, so obviously I look like I don't have that much money. However, that doesn't explain why everyone around me was being helped and I wasn't. After standing around forever, I had to hunt a worker down to help me. more

I really like Justice Jewelers for their awesome selection. They have so many nice things for every budget. I have been very happy with their customer service. If you need any piece of jewelry repaired, this is the place I would take it. They can also repair metal frames on glasses! Overall I have been very happy with them and probably won't ever go anywhere else. more

i hate his commercials 8/5/2005

Woody Justice is incredibly annoying. His commercials are played endlessly and he comes across as snobbish. He has a good selection of diamonds, and from what I understand, they're reasonably priced, but that's all he has going for him. I know for a fact that the customer service is not good at all. You better be well dressed if you intend to buy there. more

Very Nice Jewelry Store 7/20/2005

This store is famous around Springfield for it's huge selection, excellent quality, and good service. We have bought all of our jewelry from this store. We have found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful, but never feel pressured into buying. It is fun to go in to browse. You will find something for every taste and for every budget! They have excellent and timely repair services and a great guarantee, too. I highly recommend shopping here! more
