Regarding the posting on 9/21/08, please call me at your convenience, we want to resolve any issue that you have to your satisfaction. Our files do not indicate a customer named anna christi. I have questioned all of our employees about this matter and none have heard of any complaints that resemble the one you describe but want to resolve any problem that you have.
Juliet Home Furnishings has been in business for 7 years and we are proud of the customer service that we provide to our customers. As for requiring our clients to pay in full for special order items, this is a policy which we have practiced for 7 years. Our clients understand that a custom order by its nature is for a specific customer and before an order is placed, full payment is logically required. Regarding lead times, from time to time our suppliers do fall behind schedule and if this happens (rarely), we contact our customer and advise them of the delay.
