I wanted to take the time to write you 3/2/2012

I wanted to take the time to write you and tell you how pleased I am with the service in your office. I recently had an occasion to use my insurance. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident. It was not my fault, but the other person did not have insurance. The system you have set up in your office to assist your clients with a claim and then follow up with them periodically to make sure everything is running smooth is exceptional! My last company never did that once! They loved to take my money, but didn't want to help me. Kathy was fabulous to work with and she helped us through the process. Your claims people were wonderful as well. I will tell everyone that I know how great State Farm is to be insured by! more

Friendly and Expert Insurance Service 6/13/2011

Unfortunately I recently had and accident and had to use my auto insurance coverage. If it wasn?t for the friendly and expert service I received from Julie Moe, her staff, and the claims people at State Farm, I don?t know what I would have done. If you have never been in an accident before (like me) it can be an overwhelming experience. I saw firsthand why I have stayed with State Farm for so many years. Lots of companies have tried to lure me away, but it?s not worth it. Julie has years of experience in claims and really helped me out. She has also trained her employees (I dealt with Kathy) to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped turn a horrible experience into something that I walked away from feeling good about. more

Julie and State Farm are awesome 2/24/2011

State Farm is awesome, especially Julie Moe and all of her staff. I have been with them for more than 10 years and have comfort and peace of mind knowing I have the right types and amounts of coverage for my lifestyle. Sure State Farm is good, but Julie Moe and her team of professionals make it better! more

We moved from out of the area and transferred companies and chose Julie Moe?s office. We were referred by a new neighbor. The team at her office is so friendly and professional. They give wonderful service, have free coffee in the lobby and help us out in any way possible! more
