slow service 8/12/2005

I have not been satisfied with the service for oil changes at this Jiffy Lube. They take too long to do oil changes. They are not very friendly. I have also had friends who have had major problems with Jiffy Lube. The staff was not very friendly at all at this Jiffy Lube. The only good thing about it is the location. You do your Walmart shopping while they are waiting for Jiffy Lube to change the oil in your car. more

Very iffy work at jiffy lube. 8/4/2005

I will never take my car at another jiffy lube again. Seen many ads on how jiffy lube service your car fast. That is true. But at what cost. Once i took my car here for oil change and they broke my cruise control valve box under the car. I took the car back in because it was hanging under the car 2 hours from the time it was serviced and they said not their fault. Once i ran out of oil in less then 1 week of oil change. Glad i checked the oil level. Also they bring you in for oil change and try to take advantage of you by saying you need other service. Never to another jiffy lube. more
