Jeff's Auto Repair

My first experience with Jeff's Auto was in October 2010 when AAA towed our 1992 Mazda there following an accident my husband had with it. They examined it and determined that they could fix it for a few thousand dollars, but didn't feel it would be safe to drive. It was a total loss, and tho you couldn't tell that from the exterior, the undercarriage was bent/shot. I very much appreciated the honesty of George with that information. They didn't charge us a dime for checking it out!!! On Friday, I took our 2004 Dodge Ram in for an oil change and to see if they could figure out why the front end was pulling to the right. They were friendly, were not condesending, and did not try to take advantage of us by performing work that didn't need to be done. I was VERY happy with the customer service Brian provided and with the overall service of Jeff's Auto. more

I've taken my car here for various repairs. I have a 96 Acura 3.5RL that wasn't passing emissions. They gave me an estimate and explained the repairs to me with patience and understanding. They did the work for a reasonable price and it passed emissions the next day. Whew! I take my car here for regular oil changes and maintenance checks. I appreciate the friendly staff, clean & comfortable environment. I felt so confident with their quality workmanship I even had all four of my brakes and rotors done here when it was time to have them repaired and/or replaced. I'm giving them four stars because of the business location. Highway 99 is a high traffic area. Their driveway is easy to access going north bound but a bit difficult to enter and exit when headed southbound. Pros: Friendly staff, professional service, quality work, clean! I am disabled and on SSDI so it is really important to me that my 2005 KIA Sedona EX Van is in excellent driving condition and that it doesn't cost a lot to keep it that way. Jeff's has Come through for me with flying colors for several years now. Their service technicians are highly trained professionals who really care about your vehicles and not just a paycheck. George and Brian in the front give the utmost professional care and courtesy in explaining things to us who do not understand. Plus, their prices are extremely fair! more

I appreciate going to a shop and having them tell me what not only needs to be done but what doesn't. The staff at Jeff's is a group you can count on to get you on the road without leaving you in the poor house. Forget the dealer. Go here first. more

The people that work there from the service team all the way to the many qualified technicians are very helpful. I have had my vehicles there MANY times and have been treated right. It seems they take their time in doing the work, and are good about pointing out other minor problems that may need to get taken care of. No complaints about the work. If once in awhile something isn't quite what I want they make it so right away. The service is personable and gracious. It's worth the drive! Pros: Fast friendly service. Cons: It's a bit of a drive. more

I would rate this establishment as so so after i took my car in. Service was slow and they came back wanting to fix a few things that i didnt feel needed fixing. Just make sure you are on top of the work that they do for you. more

They really didn't go above and beyond. They did what we asked, but they also tried to get us to do a lot more than our budget could afford. They were pretty expensive for the service that we got. more
