My first experience with Jeff's Auto was in October 2010 when AAA towed our 1992 Mazda there following an accident my husband had with it. They examined it and determined that they could fix it for a few thousand dollars, but didn't feel it would be safe to drive. It was a total loss, and tho you couldn't tell that from the exterior, the undercarriage was bent/shot. I very much appreciated the honesty of George with that information. They didn't charge us a dime for checking it out!!! On Friday, I took our 2004 Dodge Ram in for an oil change and to see if they could figure out why the front end was pulling to the right. They were friendly, were not condesending, and did not try to take advantage of us by performing work that didn't need to be done. I was VERY happy with the customer service Brian provided and with the overall service of Jeff's Auto.
