The food in no way resembles Louisiana cooking. The seasoning is absent and the food is completely bland, and some of what we were served was just plain disgusting (do not order the crab bisque). The "chefs" are charlatans who, if they ever did visit Louisiana, wasted their cooking school tuition at a strip bar on Bourbon St. If you want actual Louisiana cuisine, get a cookbook and a good seasoning mix.
Also, the music in no way resembled anything one would hear in Lake Charles, Breaux Bridge, LaFayette or New Orleans. It was not jazz, zydeco or Cajun.
Laissez les bon temps rouler? That's just plagiarism. Their slogan should read, "we serve lousy, bland food and host lame rock cover bands."
Pros: It's local?
Cons: Everything!
