I ordered flowers the day before Valentine's day. I called at 8:10 a.m. the next day to confirm they will get the flowers there early in the day (the delivery was only blocks away). They confirmed they would. When I arrived home at 7:40 p.m. the flowers were not there. When I called both people were extremely rude. They said they were busy and would get them there ""eventually"". They blamed me saying I should know better as this is a very busy day. I told them to cancel the order.\r I later realized that they had done the same thing on my friend's birthday 2 years before and had actually delivered the day after the delivery date. They are rude, irresponsible, and undependable! more

I ordered flowers from Jasmine for Mother's Day this year. I specified a Saturday delivery as I knew my mother would be away from the house all day on Sunday.\r \r When I got a hold of my mom on her cel-phone to wish her a happy Mother's Day (and I'm calling from NYC), I was suprised and horribly disappointed to learn she hadn't' gotten the flowers yet.\r \r Normally, not a huge deal- but we lost my dad this year and this is her first Mother's Day without him. It was imperative (to me) that she get these flowers on the specified Saturday.\r \r When I called Jasmine to find out what was going on, the first person I spoke to started swearing at me when I tried to express my frustration and disappointment (and explained about my dad). Swearing at me for being upset at them for their mistake!!! I may live in NYC, but I was born and bred in Sausalito and am very relaxed and forgiving typically- but this was insane.\r \r I called back and spoke to the woman (who I think owns the store) who took the original order. After repeatedly stating that she had the order for Sunday, and not for Saturday, she gave me two options: Receive the delivery as (mis)stated for Sunday, or get my money back. Oh- and she apologized for the other person's behaviour... but not once took responsibility for messing up the order in the first place.\r \r Maybe I'm old-fashioned for thinking that the customer is always right... maybe I'm just extra sensitive to it this year because of the circumstances, but I'm INCREDULOUS and FURIOUS that nothing else was offered for their mistake. Comp the flowers. Comp the next order. SOMETHING. She didn't even apologize for making the mistake in the first place (tacitly implying that I had in fact made the order for Sunday).\r \r They were rude to the point of enfuriating AND they messed up the order. Go ahead and use them if that's what you're looking for, otherwise STAY FAR AWAY from this horrible, horrible business.\r \r Pros: They know how to answer a phone. Cons: Rude, Didn't deliver on time OR take responsibility for misdelivering... RUDE. more
