Went in for a service repair. They asked me why I didn’t go somewhere else. They have a lackadaisical attitude toward customers. Stay away.

Amazing staff and service! 11/12/2015

Bought appliances during a labor day sale they were having. Beat all prices from Lowes and gave me the newer model since they did not have the prior year that Lowes had on sale. I thought I was going to have to rent a storage unit to put them in until my house was done...they offered to keep them for me for 3 months at no additional cost and free delivery. Thank you for being a great place to do business with! more

Horrible Service 7/5/2011

jacobsens is a name my family has trusted for years. not only do they sell appliances, but if you have a problem or question., they are glad to help in any way they can. and most of the time, if their prices are not already lower than competitors, they will beat it! more
