I must pay great respects to Elba Millares for being the very 1st person I spoke with at McGrath. Elba was very personable, professional and very willing to help. When I showed up the 1st day to speak with her she'd already left for the day however Mike S spoke with. I was very concerned about Elba getting the credit since she was my initial contact person. I must say even after I purchased my car monday, Elba called me Thursday to thank me for my purchase at McGrath and was willing to answer any questions. I thought that was over the top
