Terrible customer service!! I had an appointment for 11 AM at the JCP portrait studio at the Hamilton Town Center mall at Noblesville, Indiana. While we were there on time at 11 AM, we did not get to our sitting until 11:45. Unacceptable for a two year old toddler who was getting hungry and cranky with all that waiting. We were getting pretty tired ourselves. Based on overheard conversation from the manager Pam, it sounded like she allowed someone to cut in front of us even though we were there before our appt.
