The JCPenney Salons offers a wide variety of beauty and spa services including hair cuts and styling, manicures, facials, massages, waxing and more. The employees go through special training and are very skilled. The prices are competitive as well. I visit the Rosedale location on a regular basis to get my eyebrows waxed. They do a good job (of course, some are better than others) and the staff members are very friendly. Go indulge yourself after a day of shopping!
