I was a little hesitant to try acupuncture. But after being referred by a friend, I tried acupuncture at Iowa Acupuncture clinic and have never better happier. I used to have back problems fairly frequently and after a few treatments, I now just go about once every 3 months and I have not had any problems since. The session will last 1 hour, with the first 30 minutes being acupuncture and the last 30 minutes being a massage. I now go just for the relaxation. It is a wonderful experience. There are 4 practitioners at the clinic and even though I have not tried them all, my experience has been so good with the one, I would not hesitate to go to any of them.
