I've been going to Import Car Experts for years and years and years. They are very professional. After all these year, I have no complaints. I know I can totally depend on them. more

I have had only 3 cars in my life (I'm 63 years old) and all 3 cars have been gently cared for by Dick and Mitsuo. Repairs and maintenance have always been taken care of promptly, expertly and at a reasonable cost. What I appreciate most is that Dick and Mitsuo have never done repairs that weren't needed. They have saved me many $$$ over the last 30 years and kept each of my cars running well. more

We are really satisfied with Import Car Experts. We have been with them 35 years or so, and they are very good. They are worth your time. Not only are they good mechanics, they know what they are doing and have skills, but they have good relationships with their customers. We have been very, very pleased with them. Whenever someone asks, I refer them to Import. Some people just want something quick, but we like the thoroughness they take in what they do. They will check everything out and tell us when we need something else. We have even bought used cars from them. They are wonderful. Right now our needs aren't in their area, but if we have a need again, we will run right back to them. more

Dick is a straight shooter who doesn't make things up or pad the bill. He tells things straight up, and his prices are reasonable. Most people are looking for dependability, and Dick is dependable in the service he provides. People want an honest technician who they can depend upon, and he is definitely that. Most people are also looking for reasonable prices, not the cheapest, because seldom is cheapest the best, but reasonable. Import Car Experts is reasonable in price and excellent in quality. I found Import Car Exports by accident because I had a bad experience with another auto garage next door and, when I was pulling out of the driveway, I happened to see the sign for Import Car Exports. I cannot believe I found them...I have been looking for mechanics like them for years. For the last 2-1/2 months, I have had bad luck with four different shops that misdiagnosed my Volvo. The owner of Import Car Exports figured it out in about 10 minutes. He was awesome. He spent so much time on my car and did not charge me to figure out what was wrong. He took the time to show me the problem when he figured it out, and what he said was accurate. I was so impressed with his customer service. Being a single mom, I feel that I have been taken advantage of and talked down to at other auto shops. Import Car Exports, on the other hand, was so respectful and really listened to me. I felt completely comfortable there. Finding an honest mechanic who will take the time with you is so important. The owner of Import Car Exports has relieved so much stress for me because I have been worrying about my car for so long now. Also, for the first time, the service did not cost me hundreds of dollars. I am a customer of Import Car Exports for life. I am so grateful to them for all they did to help me and will not go anywhere else. more
