Delicious Sushi - Best in Town! 2/28/2008

I don't know what the problem is with the other reviewers, but this place has always been warm and welcoming to customers from what I've seen. We have always gotten the "Star" treatment there. I have 2 sons, aged 17 and 11, and they, along with myself and my husband, very much enjoy the quality of the food at this restaurant. The prices are competitive and as far as we're concerned, it's the best sushi in town. I highly recommend "I Love Sushi and Teriyaki" to all sushi lovers. You should also try the Kung Pao Chicken. Very good. Pros: Food quality, friendly and warm staff. Cons: None. more

Poor customer service, rude employees and the customer is always wrong. 2/7/2008

My daughter had went here on a friends night out and said the Sushi was very good. Even though I had read the poor reviews I still had to try for myself. There was no warming welcome and no greeting hi or bye, it was more like what do you want to order and leave, the menus were sticky and filthy. The Unagi (BBQ'd Eel) tasted like processed meat. Never ever again will I be here and I will never recommend this place nor bring it up in my vocabulary. Pros: It's next to the China buffet Cons: Korean's who own & run a Japanese restaurant more

Yikes! 4/23/2007

Scary, scary sushi and poor Teriyaki. I would NEVER eat here again. If you want decent sushi on Meridian Ave Fred Myers is your best bet and that is just plain sad. more

you wouldnt love sushi if you tried it here first 12/11/2006

the chinese food was surprizingly good (just regular, americanized orange chicken, etc.) but not worth it for the price when you could go to any other chinese place and pay half as much. as for the sushi, anywhere that serves california rolls with one solid hunk of fake crab in the middle is making a big statement about the quality of their food, and its not a good one. Also, the crunchy roll didnt come with any sauce on top, I had to ask for eel sauce and it was watery and not very sweet. The only reason I tried this place is because someone said it was good (but after trying it I wonder if maybe I just misheard...) Pros: there arent very many options in the city Cons: Price, quality more
