it took 45 minutes to get checked in- they only had 1 person trained in on checking people in so the rest of the staff as well as the customers had to wait for this one person to ...

Went out of their way to fit me in to fix my problem. 3/21/2014

My problem occurred in early afternoon, and St. Cloud Hyundai worked it out to fit me in to solve my problem the same day, and as it took approx. 2 hours to complete, drove me to another destination so I could complete some errands and picked me up promptly, at the time they said they would. All work was done excellently, and vehicle works great! more

Great experience 2/7/2014

I have purchased 2new cars from St. Cloud Hyundai. From the front desk person to Sebastian, our sales rep, the finance dept and service, I am always pleased with my experience. The Hyundai service station in St Cloud is a welcoming place to come...whether or not one is in a pinch. In the latter instance,--and I have had more than one--the staff goes above and beyond the call of duty to extend service. How lucky can I get?! more

can not compete with cities unacceptable wait 2/4/2014

Everyone who helped get my car back in order after it had to get towed in was fantastic. I received timely phone calls with updates, the guys who serviced my car were excellent, and the dealership is overall really nice, clean and efficient. more
