This is a nice Hyatt located in the beautiful Lake Tahoe area. I really like the casino and restuarants here. If you are here you have to go see the lake.

Beautiful Setting on Lake Tahoe 11/7/2006

The Hyatt at North Shore Tahoe is in a beautiful setting. They renovated last year and it looks like an elegant mountain cabin. The restaurants are just OK, just like most in Incline Vlg. The Lone Eagle on the Lake has a spectacular view of the Lake with a wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant is so-so and very over-priced, as are the bar drinks. When you come to Incline, you pay for the natural beauty of the place, not the culinary experiences, for certain. PROS: Beautiful setting and atmosphere CONS: Overpriced, slow service, so-so food and beverage more

Luxury! 6/20/2005

On the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, it includes six restaurants (dinner, buffets, etc), mountain elegant guestrooms, cottages, and suites as well as a year-round heated pool and spa. They also have an enormous casino! Room service at a small fee. New bed sheets as well as coffee bags/mugs/pot and a hair dryer supplied every morning. First class luxury! I liked it so much when I went to Tahoe and stayed there.. I would really reccomend you at least try it once. Don't forget to ask for a view! PROS: lovely high-class service CONS: zero more

Over rated? 5/25/2005

Yes, the hotel is located convenient to Lake Tahoe, and it is beautiful there. But I was not impressed with the services at all. We were there for 3 days, and the electricity was cut off due to maintenance on 3rd day. I would appreciated the warming when we were checking in. Luckily, We were already packed. I understand We were there for off season (May), but I was amazed to see how slow the wait staffs were!! We were not the only ones getting upset due to slow services. And rooms... The hotel must be build for a long time ago because I can hear everything next doors doing. I thought I had someone in my room drying her hairs!! Only thing was that I had good spa staffs. Pros: beautiful location Cons: slow services, noisy more

Good Times 10/28/2004

The Hyatt is always a good place to frequent for gambling or lodging...especially with the great spa services! Summer time or winter times- doesn't matter....shakem up! Pros: Good Feel To IT more

Major Disappointment 7/29/2002

Don't be fooled- this hotel does not sit directly on the lake- the image that they show on the internet is a picture of their beach site, not the hotel. We were also disappointed when we learned that they are currently under construction (there is no pool or sauna). Instead they have tractors that arrive promptly at 7am. Needless to say, we did not get very good sleep. The room was clean and the service was friendly, but this hotel was a major major disappointment, especially for the price. Pros: Cleanliness, Beach Cons: No Pool (Summer 2002), Expensive more

High class gambling getaway 6/15/2002

If you're tired of Vegas, but you love to gamble, I would recommend going to Tahoe. You're out in beautiful N. California and next to one of the pretties lakes in the country. Also, you can party and gamble at will. Great combination, and this Hyatt is top notch for staying there. Pros: Clean rooms, Great view, Good location Cons: Somewhat expensive more
