I've never been treated so well 5/2/2011

I've never been treated so well at an auto service dept. In fact, I have been mistreated at Branker Buick and Godferdson'sChrysler/ Dodge. Both gone from Lincoln now. Godferdson sold me a Chrysler wearing retread tires. Had a sarcastic service manager. Bought a Buick at Brankers, it had a bad fuel pump. I had to be towed 3 times before a fellow from the gas station went with me and told them it was a faulty fuel pump. And it was a bad paint job.Bad paint on the Chrysler too. If someone treats me good at an auto place, I don't know how to handle it. more

I gave the price a "good" because as the customer, always want a lower price on a purchase costing that much. :-) It was a very competitive price. Our time is important as well, so going from dealership to dealership was not a pleasant thought. I was pleasantly surprised with this dealership. more

I visited husker auto group on numerous occasions to browse their inventory to see what would suit me best on my next vehicle purchase. I for the longest time was set on 2 different vehicles. After speaking to a few of your salesmen i nailed it down to a 2011 Camaro SS/RS.. I have been more than happy with the purchase of my new vehicle. The staff were very friendly and willing to work with me not only on price but other options as well. They were very professional and the hospitality was bar none! I would defiantly recommend my friends and family to come to Husker Auto Group for their next vehicle or even service. more

I was very impressed with the salesman that helped me when I was deciding to purchase a car. Compared to other dealerships that I have dealt with when buying a car Lorenz actually sold me the car and explain all the features and what options each model had. He was very pleasant to work with and I didn't feel pressured that I HAD to buy the car that day. He helped make buying easy for me. more

EXCELLENT STAFF. COURTNEY GALLOWAY WAS GREAT, VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. I REALLY APPRECIATED THE FACT THAT SHE DELIVERED THE EXTRA SET OF CAR KEYS TO MY OFFICE. FIL CATANIA AND HIS STAFF KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. CLASS ACT ALL AROUND. DEALING WITH HUSKER AUTO IS LIKE BEING TAKEN CARE OF BY FAMILY. WE BOUGHT/LEASED SEVERAL CARS FROM "HUSKER" AND NEVER HAD REASON TO COMPLAIN. THANKS. more

It was a pleasure dealing with Marty for this repair service. During my initial visit he took the time to research my complaint and found a bulletin that described an issue consistent with my complaint. Because parts weren't on hand, the repair couldn’t be accomplished then. After a date was identified for a return visit, he graciously accommodated my limited schedule and got the job done. Marty was helpful and courteous throughout my visit. From offering to help me carry items from my car to making a follow up phone call a few days after the repair to check how the car was handling, Marty showed genuine concern for this customer. more
