A cheap bar with lots of pool tables and 75c pool. Some decent looking women there - a good place to go for beer and billiards - it's a dive bar, but if that's what you're looking...

Used to be a great place! 2/24/2009

I was at The Huddle over this past weekend. I found it strange that all the female bartenders were there behind the bar yet the place was pretty dead. Why would they all need to be there? Well I soon found out. They were all running around like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off and every single one appeared to have a cold or allergies because they were all sniffling and had red noses and glazed eyes. Yeah...they were all coked out!!! It was disgusting and I may just never go back to this place. I know cokeheads from a mile away and these girls just get skinnier and skinnier. So sad :( I don't want my tab to be running in a place where they are all on coke. No thanks! Pros: cheap strong drinks Cons: too many to list more

good quality dive bar 8/21/2008

A cheap bar with lots of pool tables and 75c pool. Some decent looking women there - a good place to go for beer and billiards - it's a dive bar, but if that's what you're looking for, it's a good dive bar. Pros: Several good looking low-income women Cons: redneckish more

One of the best places in the US to play Bar-Pool 4/12/2008

The Huddle has officially been named one the TOP 10 best places in all of North America to play ""Bar Pool"". This distinction was awarded to The Huddle in 2008 by www.Bar-Pool. com -- the only website dedicated to identifying where to play pool in bars, tavern and pubs (not pool halls). This award was given based on several criteria: 1) two or more pool tables which are coin-operated (so you can challenge), 2) a fair numbers of players on any given night, 3) the skill level of the players, and 4) a willingness by the players to take on challengers -- to mix it up. The Huddle scores high on all these criteria. Bar-Pool. com can tell you where to play bar pool in most major cities in the US and Canada, and seeks YOUR input -- tell us where you like to play. more

Seedy smokey dive bar... with 3 or 4 quarter op pool tables.... locals.. ecclectic mix, mostly near beach whites. some hispanics, we were the only asians in the place, but were treated one and the same... nice door guy... , cool barkeep remembered me from a noon stop awhile back.... 3dollar coors light on tap... better than the 11 deep list for 14 hour pool table at DnB in Irvine...THAT CROWD IS IRRITATING!!!
