They've become a UPS store within the last year--they've always done a great packing/shipping location--now they're even better!

The taxi service was prompt. I called about a week ahead and made a reservation. I was worried they might not remember or the guy would show up, but no problems. They came right on time and were very courteous. The driver helped me with my bags and was professional throughout the trip. I would recommend this to anyone!

I recently stayed at this property for a work training. There are two buildings associated with this hotel, I stayed in the main building. There is a swimming pool, hot tub, lounge, restaurant and lots of tables to sit and relax. When we checked in we were give two complimentary drink coupons. Additionally, there is a full buffet breakfast that is free to guests. It included egss, breakfast meats, potatos, fruit, muffins and pastries as well as several types of cereal. I found the staff to be very helpful as well.
This hotel is loctated right by the John Wayne (Orange County) airport, so it's convenient if you need to catch a flight as well. Highly recommended.

The Residence Inn in Costa Mesa has nice rooms that are well laid out and quite functional for a long-term stay. Breakfast has a lot of food options. There's wi-fi internet access in the rooms, which I really appreciate. But, the location feels a little sketchy. There were people having a physical fight out on the street by the entrance when I came back to the hotel on a Friday night.

According to Megan's Law website search, there are at least 4 sexual offenders living in this motel as their permanent residence. Charges include forced intercourse and acts against children under 14 yrs old. Scary!!
Cons: Staying next to convicted offenders!
