Good: The employees where truly wonderful people to work with. They went out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect!. Bad: I didn't like a Bride who was self-centered and selfish. I was embarrassed for this Bride because she was rude, hostile toward employees, and other Brides seeking services and acting like she was the only woman getting married on that day and that nobody else mattered but her. The employees were awesome and handled her with respect, just like they did with me.. Improvements: None!. more

My sister and I both bought our wedding dresses and veils and my bridesmaids' dresses at the Hostess House. It was a chaotic, disappointing, and frustrating experience for the following reasons: -customer service was terrible (disorganized paperwork system resulting in many mix-ups, staff was rude(after purchases were made), unwilling to fix problems) -alterations were so bad that they could not be fixed, only made to look less bad. -alterations person did not show up for appointment (at all or on time) and did not complete alterations on time -ordered wrong jr. bridesmaid dress in the wrong size, then told us we had to pay for the dress and alterations or order the correct dress that they would not guarantee could be there by the wedding date. -alterations were completed elsewhere for half the price and with better quality -mixed up names on bridesmaids' dresses and caused issues with alterations and had to order 1 new dress. more

The Hostess House is a beautiful place to get married. There is a cute chapel with glass windows in the background, The reception can also be held at the same place. There is a reception hall with a dance floor. If you are looking for a great bridal store, the Hostess House also has a wide variety of wedding dresses and supplies. more
