begging for service 2/25/2009

My brake warning light was on and I brought my car in for service (I called a day ahead to make appointment before I brought my car in). After waiting for more than 1 hours, they told me I need to replace the read brake pad and the rear rotor (cost more than $500.00). At noon they called me leave a message that I need to call them back. I called them back 4 times but could not connect with the one who I supposedly to talk to, When I finally able to talk to them, they said I need to replace the battery, I was not sure why battery has any connection with the brake so I declined their suggestion. After work, I went to pick up my car, I wait in front of them for 15 minutes while they talked to each other and pretend like I was not there. Well, after paid the bill of $541.82 I took the car home, the next morning the brake warning light is on again and even longer than before I bring in for service. I asked myself do I need to go back there, paying my money to begging them to fix my car and feel like dirt, or I should just burn the car and go somewhere to buy another one. more

They were perfect the first 2 times but the third time... 1/9/2007

some problems started appearing with my 2000 Honda Accord V6. To make the long story short I was told that I had to replace my alternator which I had replaced ~15 months ago in a Honda dealer and cost me $600! My guarantee had expired so they asked me to pay the same amount of money for the same exact problem! After some arguing they gave me a small discount. 10 minutes after I left the dealership and while I was frustrated with the alternator issue my airbag light (SRS) lighted up to remind me that I have to bring my car back to the dealer for repair! I haven't done it yet because I'm afraid how much is going to cost me! I also send them an e-mail to complain for the issue but I never received a response. Leo more

HONDA CAR DEALS! 8/9/2005

I went through many car dealerships and most of them did not satisfy my needs. I was not finding what I wanted from the car dealerships and then I came across the Honda Cars of Boston. I was aiming for a Honda Civic SI because my cousin was driving one. I gave it a test drive and it gave me a good feel for it. Once i got the Honda Dealership, the seller was very welcoming. He told me that I could give the Honda Cars a test drive if I had an eye for a certain one. The seller also guaranteed that I would get all the customs I wanted for that car so I was even more happy about it. This place is a definite for the place to go to look for Honda Cars. more
