A very pleased customer.... 5/24/2017

We have been very pleased with the service to both our air conditioner, and our furnace. We usually try to get Sal because he is so professional. This time, he took pictures of the inside of the air conditioner, but did not pressure us to put in a new one. We know this unit is very old, but will keep it until it dies...then we will call for Sal to put in a new one. Thanks, Sal for your service. more

A/C Tune Up 5/4/2017

Sal, the tech, did a great job explaining what was wrong with system and what was needed to be replaced. At this time I am not able to replace the furnace, the a/c and water heater. I will contact you in a couple of months to discuss. more

Sal , My technician from Hinson heating did my ac tune up. he did a great job as usual .also recommended couple thing to protect my equipment from surge. also he recommended easy reader thermostat which he installed only will recommend thing that is need it .not pushy more

Winter tune up 2/22/2017

Sal, the technician arrived during the allotted time slot and called in advance to let us know he was on the way. He was very professional and thorough in his inspection and tune up. He even took the time to clean all surfaces of the furnace and duct work of all accumulated dirt and dust. Great job!! more

Furnace unable to Light 2/21/2017

Sal came to our home on a Monday around noon and and heat was restored very fast. He replaced the igniter that the company had installed only 3 months before. He was very professional and friendly and even showed me how to replace thermostat batteries. The part was warranted for one year, so we were not charged for that. more

Furnace Tune Up 2/20/2017

Service was prompt; tech arrived during the promised time frame with a call in advance. The service provided by Sal was professional and informative. Yes, I had been placing my filters in backwards. What I appreciate about the service plan is that it is like getting advice from your neighbor rather than someone trying to push repairs and sales. more
