Todd has been our tech for years for both our home and our rental property. Sal came out this time to both properties and he also knows his stuff. Very friendly, polite and you can tell he has been trained and knows his trade. Hinson is our go to company for all our HVAC needs. more

response to alert 10/29/2015

Tech identified problem of small animal chewing wires in the heat pump quickly and suggested reasonable approach to preventing reoccurrance. I would never have guessed that these animals are attracted to the electrical fields produced by the unit. Hinson would be well advised to alert customers that this sort of thing is a potential problem at time of installation or soon after. more

Excellent service 10/28/2015

Sal T performed our furnace winter tune up. He was professional and detailed. He covered all the tune up procedures and provided us with updated information on our equipment. Sal has performed our AC and furnace maintainence for several years. He always goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. We ask for Sal for all our appointments. Thanks for the great job! more

We had our furnace tune-up for the upcoming heating season this morning. Sal was our technician. We had him before for our a/c tune-up this past spring. Sal is very professional and personable. He did not mind me hanging around and asking questions. He explained everything he did. It was a good education for the homeowner. I will ask for Sal for all my tune-ups and service needs. Had Sal out for a Furnace Check/Cleaning yesterday and thought he did a great job and explained everything in simple terms. No high pressure sales for extras or things that were not necessary. All in all I feel Hinson's and their employees are honest, fair and do a great job. I would certainly refer them to friends and family. more

Fall Furnace Maintenance 10/15/2015

The technician, Sal, was very thorough in maintaining our furnace for Fall/Winter. He took it all apart and cleaned everything. He was also very informative and even replaced a cracked and dripping water line turn-off to the humidifier for nothing. He was very prompt, friendly and polite. We have been with Hinson for many, many years and highly recommend them. more

Fall furnace tuneup 10/13/2015

Kurt R. was our technician and he went above and beyond what we expected. Not only did he arrive on time, but he worked quickly, efficiently, and even vacuumed and turned off the basement lights uwhen he left. Who does that? I will for sure request him by name when it comes time for my spring tuneup. Very satisfied. more
