NOT a good place to live 10/28/2016

I have lived here for 2 years and will not be renewing my lease - what a mistake! The apartments are okay but the grounds are a mess, the police are there frequently, dog feces, garbage areas are disgusting, rodents, the walkways have huge cracks, outside lights are frequently out, they rent to anyone, its unsafe and the new management does nothing to help the tenants when things are brought their attention. more

GREAT SPACE 6/18/2016

This space is great, they keep the property in great condition. Office staff is always helpful and nice. Maintance manager is the best always helpful and great to deal with. Lots of parking and well lite at night. Great place to live. Geno more

RUN AWAY! 2/18/2010

Terrible! Curry and college kid smell everywhere. Noisy. Poorly made. Stupid office help that don't care about anything other than your rent being paid. more

This is a very ordinary apartment in Danbury. There isn't much of a choice in Danbury... so people choose to live here. Not well kept. The swimming pool is a disaster. They apts don't even come with blinds.. you can to buy it. If there was another option... I would have opted for it. One plus is the maintenance is quite alright. more
