This is defiantly the best place to go to in oregon city. The offer a wide variety of services and are friendly and cheerful. A little more money then some places in oregon city but it has the best stylists in the area. haven't gotten my nails done but I hear they do a good job with that as well more

Head To Toes 6/26/2005

Head To Toes is one of the very best salons around here. They are awesome. They do everything from hair cutting, manicure, pedicure, waxing ect. They service there is excellent. I've been there a few times and have always had a pleasant experience there. They are a little pricier than most of the other places here in Oregon City, but I think they are the best that is here. more
