My name is Amanda Moore i would like to clear the air. You may have read on a couple review sites that i have "" butchered"" the client who has been talking about me all over the internet. I have let this gone on long enough with out standing up for myself. First off i would like to start by say that this said client asked me to thin her hair. I had her feel her hair numerous times thought the process. She didn't say she was unhappy until the cutting was over which then she admitted to making the mistake of saying she wanted her hair thinned. As for the color her hair was damaged to start. She said that previous hair dressers have messed it up in the past. She alos informed me that she does her own hair with non professional product. I told her that there was no way to go all over blond on her damaged hair and i would have to weave it in.. Once again she said she was fine with this. At the end of her service she freaked out about her hair being thinned and regretted asking for it, but said she was happy with the color. When it was time to ring her up i even said i feel bad for charging her beaucse she wasnt happy. she said it was fine and she would pay. People at the front desk heard me say this mind you. She called back later that night and asked what i could do about the thinness. They only thing i could do to fix the the mistake that yes i did, but she asked for because she thought she wanted. She came in on Sat. and i put the extensions in free of charge. I asked her numerous times if she wanted me to put weft in for more coverage. {This is not protocol, but it would surve the purpose of what she wanted.} She replayed yes. She also said that "" i dont care whats in my was hair, i would put horse hair in for all i cares"". I used 100% human hair, which i bought at a professional hair store outta my own money. Though out the service we talked about how the hair matched her hair so well both with the color and the texture due to her previously damaged hair. She said"" i like how it doesn't look shiny fake"". But in the review she posted here i guess that's not what shes wanting to tell people. At the end of the service she told me how happy she was with her thick hair again. Please note i have been doing extensions for two years and am certified by a well know hair extension line. I have done extensions on many people with no complaints. I was called by the owner about how once again she wasn't happy. I checked on line because the first time i saw her i remember her saying how shes never happy when other professionals do her hair, and she always complains and gets her money back. Sure enough when i checked, there was a horrible review about me. The review had many posting threatening and alomst balckmailing that if i didn't pay her $600, she will take me to court. I called her to ask her why every time she left she said she was happy, then behind my back she bad mouthed me. It was clear that there was no handling it between the two if us. I told her i would offer her a full refund. I done all that i could do to fix something someone asked for and then changed her mind. I wish this to be over because i feel like the person is more interested in slandering my name that fixing the problem. I can only do so much when someone ask for something and then changes their mind. I have done all that i can do. As for the pictures please note that her hair has not been styled and meant to look at its worst. During services we joked how crazy her hair looked like when not styled and how it looks like a ""frizzy Afro"" like u are seeing. Thank you for hearing what i had to say. Don't believe everything you read cause some people like to handle things the wrong way. Like i said, i did everything in my power to be professional and handle this in a civil manor.
