On our wedding day, the hottest day of the summer, we used their bus service. The Airconditioning broke! Our ceremony that was outside was so hot, we could not wait to get on the airconditioned bus and relax. Well surprise no a/c. The windows did not open. We had the 47 passenger bus with close to 47 passengers and no air circulating. It was about 98-100 degrees outside, but was much cooler outside than on the bus. I got sick on just a 5 mile drive. I understand that mechanical things happen and there was nothing they could do about that. I had to take the initiative to make conversation with the driver about the situation. I fould out that ""roger"" the driver is the owner of this company. He stated that he tried to get a different bus, but there wasn't any. I would have expected him to offer to give some of our money back, maybe, but I did not even get an apology. I don't think that he even cared that we were upset. This was one of the most important days of my life, and I was miserable on this bus. It made it difficult to have a good time while we were on the bus. We had to prepay for their service, which is cheaper than the competition, now I understand why. No guarantees for comfort. I would have been happy with a sincere apology. I suggest if you want a coach style bus do not base your decision on who is cheaper, and ask if they have back up in case of mechanical problems.
