Hardin Brothers have been taking care of our three vehicles for seven years or so. We completely trust them. Their work is good and reliable. They don't do anything we don't need done. They always tell us when things will be needed, and how long we can go until then. They never spring anything on their customers. I can always get an appointment with Hardin Brothers Automotive Repair when I need one, and they do a nice job. They are good to work with. They are professional, but they are also very personable. I have been using them for about 4 years. They do the maintenance for our regular vehicles in our household, but they also did some work on a collector car that I owned. They are good at diagnostics. They don't waste time or money trying to guess what needs to be fixed. They find it and fix it. The quality is very good; they are first-rate. They are a comprehensive service. If the appointment is going to take awhile they will give you a ride to your home or a restaurant near by. If you do decide to wait at the shop then you can relax and read a magazine or newspaper, or do a puzzle. It is a nice atmosphere and a convenient location. James Briney more

Hardin Brothers Automotive Repair has been taking care of two cars for about 10 years for me. They are very responsible and kind to me. Sometimes single women are treated like a deer in the headlights, but they are always very honest and forthright in taking care of my vehicle. They do all the repairs for my vehicles. One of the things I appreciate is that when I bring my car in they have a service where they can bring me home for the day and then pick me up in the afternoon. It is an extreme advantage over sitting at the dealership. more

We moved here in 2003, and Hardin Brothers Automotive Repair was recommended to us by our neighbor. We each have a vehicle, and we use them for everything. They are very helpful. I had to make an unexpected run to Phoenix and was concerned about my tires, so I dropped by the shop. They took me in, gave me great service, and didn't even want to charge me. They are all really good people. I know that the entire mechanical staff is evaluated in terms of how the owner handles things, and the high standards there. We started going to Hardin Brothers Automotive Repair about a year or so after they opened. We have two Toyota trucks and one 1993 Volvo that they service. We depend on the fountain of auto youth over there at Hardin. My 17-year-old Volvo, in particular, had a lot of mechanical needs, and I took it to Hardin to repair before our drive to New Mexico. I would not have been able to drive the car across the desert in that heat and trust that it would be okay. It needed brakes, rotors, and considerable engine work. I am so relieved and delighted with the work that Hardin did on the car. They have been able to find parts that are hard to find for our Volvo. I used to go to a Toyota specialist downtown for the trucks, but nobody in Tucson has service like Hardin Brothers. They are honest and they keep in touch with you during the repair. They will even take me home, which is very convenient. I give them an A+ for excellent customer service. No matter what kind of vehicle you have, they make sure you are cared for perfectly.
