1999 Toyota Tacoma 2/2/2015

My Toyota Tacoma had an 02 sensor problem, or so I thought. Autozone had read the codes coming from the truck and said that was the problem. After replacing both sensors, I still had the problem. Hardin Brothers Automotive Technicians troubleshot the problem and came up with a faulty Mass Air FLow Sensor, replaced it, and I haven't had any problems since. In fact, The truck runs better than it ever has and gets better gas mileage. Thank you Hardin Brothers Automotive. more

Repair was well done. Original estimate scared me half to death before an owner discovered it was $200 too high because an employee had misread the part listing. I questioned the quote to the first... 1/25/2015

Hardin is more expensive than some shops but they do good work and stand behind repairs. Just be prepared to question prices that seem way out of line. more

Fast AND Efficient Service 1/21/2015

Took my Corvette in at 1 PM expecting to leave it overnight. To my surprise and pleasure I recieved a phone call from David at 4 PM informing me that my window struts were replaced, my headlight motors repaired and my oil change was also completed. I'll be a regular from now on. more

Did ask Dave to program computer to register 5,000 miles between oil changes, they programed for 3,000. RESPONSE FROM Hardin Brothers Automotive Inc: So many of our customers still set their appointments for 3,000 miles even though many oils are now made for 5000+ miles because it allows us to look at the rest of the systems in their car on a regular basis. However, if our customers request 5,000 - 7,000 miles between maintenance servicesl we are glad to follow their schedule. Just let us know, and we'll try to teach "old dogs new tricks"! more

I never worry about my old car as Hardin Brothers know how to diagnose and 'cure' any illness it comes down with. I don't live in Catalina full time and when I come and the car needs a service they are always extremely helpful and gracious with arrangements. Couldn't be better really. more

  • Hardin Brothers Automotive was established in 2000 in a building built for automotive repair.  It has 5 bays, ASE certified technicians and Service Advisors.  It is a  BBB Accredited business, certified green business, and a member of ASA. We stand behind our work with a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty.  A courtesy shuttle is provided within our service area.  Call for an appointment.
