I?m a Mr. Fix It kind of guy, so when it came to thinking about window replacement, I thought I had it covered. My wife insisted that we get a couple estimates to at least learn about the products out there, so we did. When we received ours from Hansons Windows, we were literally so impressed. I then realized that as good as I am at home improvements, I would not have been able to do as quality of a job as they would. Not only was the product so much better than anything I would have been able to buy personally, they explained how their install team works. And man ? when it came time to install our windows, they did beyond a fine job! We?ve already recommended Hansons Windows to our friends and neighbors. The Hansons Windows sales representative came to our home and we thought he was excellent. At that point we knew that Hansons was going to be our final choice. He told us about the energy efficient windows that Hansons offers and how they could save us money down the road. We then had Hansons install the new windows in our home. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up thoroughly. We additionally were fully informed of the progress of our window installation from start to finish. I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience I had with Hansons Windows. The salesman was absolutely wonderful, he explained all the different types of windows and which would work best for my situation. He made me feel as though he was truly listening to my needs and taking my budget into consideration. He did not pressure me into buying more windows like the other companies had tried to do. I did not feel rushed in my decision at all and when I am ready update more things on my house I will certainly call Hansons and even put in a request for my previous salesman. Once the sale was final the measurer and installers were also very friendly and did their best not to disturb me or my house. The project manager was great about letting me know when the installers would arrive and checking with me after the install to make sure everything was good to go. I had a salesperson walk out on me without giving me a quote after his 90 minute presentation turned into a 3 hour presentation. I needed to be set up to give an answer immediately. When I wasn't, he just left. They've lost me as a customer! more
