Love the carpets, I am a return customer. I liked the salesman Ernie Nicholson and the carpet He recommended to us. First we installed new carpet upstairs and was impressed with the quality and service, so we called Ernie back and said let's do the downstair too. Thanks Ernie for taking such good care of us. more

Customer focused professionalism 9/9/2011

We are THRILLED with our new carpet! After our old and feeble dog passed on, we decided to take the plunge and replace the carpeting in our house. I met with lots of carpet sellers around the area and without question, the folks at Haight Carpet were hands down the best. Ruth Short is a professional whose knowledge of the carpet industry is amazing! She was great to work with and made the whole process super easy for us. The installers were on-time, very professional and did one of the best installation jobs I've seen. I would highly recommend Ruth and the installation crew at Haight for all of your flooring needs. more

Great installation, excellent service 8/30/2011

We recently had ~1400 sq.ft. of gorgeous hardwood installed by Haight Carpet, as well as tile on the floors of our two bathrooms. They did a very professional job with the installation of both the tile and the hardwood and we love the results. Also, because we ordered custom hardwood from Mirage, we had to wait for it to be manufactured and shipped from Canada; Ms. Haight kept on top of the manufacturer to make sure everything worked out fine (two stair-nose pieces were not perfect as originally delivered?Ms. Haight worked with Mirage to have new ones sent out, at Mirage?s expense). We heartily recommend Haight Carpet?great experience and results. more

Looking for new flooring - See Haight Carpet and Ruth 7/16/2011

This is the second time we have used Haight Carpet and while the first time was not as memorable as this time Haight was exceptionable. This may have been a result of the great service and care we received from Ruth Short. Ruth was very helpful in assisting us in getting the best carpet for our budget. We are going back to Ruth and Haight to look at tlie for our fireplace and will also be looking at them when we put new flooring in our second bedroom and bathroom. If you have need of new flooring do not hesitate in giving Haight and Ruth a chance to work with you. more

Update your home without breaking your budget 6/23/2011

My clients call and thank me when I refer Eva with Haight Carpet & Interiors. Eva is so helpful. She brings samples out to the house. She's great at helping to pick out colors and products that go together. She doesn't try to push you into a higher price range and will make cost-cutting suggestions without compromising quality. Don't let the name Haight Carpet fool you. They have all kinds of other flooring, counters, backsplashes. Their showroom in Woodinville is worth dropping by. more

Fabulous Service/Quality Products 6/22/2011

This is the second time I have used Haight Carpet. The service is excellent from beginning to end. Randy's product knowledge is great. And, he always shows up on time. And, the installers are wonderful. They are timely, do their job and have left both properties in tip top condition. Not a hair was out of the place. This is not unfamiliar territory to me. I have remodeled dozens of homes over the years and I can honestly say that the installers from Haight were the only ones that left the property in ""A"" plus condition. more

So Thankful 6/10/2011

I am a volunteer for a local non-profit and we were in need of some carpet. I tried other carpet companies with no luck. When I called Haight and talked to Mark he was open and helpful right away. Within a couple of days he said yes to our request and provided 46yards of new carpet installed to us as a donation. The carpet looks great and we are so thankful that there are companies like Haight that care about their community and want to make it a better place to live. Thank you Mark for caring! more

Great place 5/19/2011

I had a very difficult time making up my mind, I was in love with all the choices I saw. Haight carpet was very supportive of how long it took for me to find what I was looking for, allowing me to take different samples home. I would recommend this place anytime. I also had tile installed and the install was beyond great, a real artist. more

We just replaced our carpet and were thrilled with the value, service, selection and installation that Haight Carpet provided. Travis understood exactly what I was looking for and even got us a better product within our budget. The installation crew was so efficient and respectful to our home. They did not leave a trace and did a thorough job cleaning up. We could not be happier with Haight! more

Oustanding products, service and price 4/1/2011

Haight Carpet put new tile in our home recently and then did the entire garage in a mix of white and tan tiles. Both jobs turned out perfectly. The selection of product was amazing. The work was well planned and they came in right on bid. The people we dealt with were incredible and the workers were clean and professional. We couldn't be happier. more

Outstanding Service 3/30/2011

The service I received from Haight Carpet was exceptional. Kristina was helpful with suggestions and information, no pressure though. I am very happy with the choice of carpet. The installation was amazing. Everyone was on time and worked very hard. They were pleasant to have in my home and followed through on all requests I had, including extra caulking and sealing. The installation was completed ahead of time. The carpet looks great, no visable seams. more

We came to Haight Carpet after an unsatisfactory experience with another vendor who left us hanging after we had painted and purchased furniture to match the carpet that they were now out of stock. Kristina was able to get us a great price for a better carpet and 10 days later it was installed. The installers were very professional, worked very hard, and the end result was amazing. I would recommend Haight Carpet to anyone who wants great customer service from experienced professionals. more

Life Savers - Simply the Best Around 3/18/2011

Kristina did the unthinkable for me - an 8 day turnaround after another company left me hanging. I found Haight Carpet by luck after calling a handful of vendors for the specific carpet I wanted. Because of her relationship with the vendor, and longtime industry experience, she was able to get my order measured, availability confirmed, and expedited shipping arranged, before other ""big name"" and ""quick turnaround"" guys were able to call me back. And on top of that exemplary service their prices were competitive, and the guys who handled my install did a great job. They were sure to clean up before and after they installed the carpet, and asked me questions to make sure we were all on the same page about how the job should be done. I am so very happy to have found them, it's almost too bad that I don't have more carpet in my house. I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation. more

LOVE! 3/9/2011

I was referred to Haight Carpet by my hair dresser and I am SO impressed! I had the best experience from start to finish. After our tenants moved out of our rental property, we realized that they had destroyed the carpets in the basement. We had less than a week to figure out the carpet situation, as we had new tenants moving in. After searching the usual places--Lowe's, Home Depot, and all the local carpet and discount carpet stores, my hair dresser told me about Kristina and Haight Carpet. I called Kristina from the salon chair and she was able to get Mark out to measure the home about an hour later. I met Mark at the house, he brought samples and measured on Wednesday, March 2nd (he then even measured my home for new carpets & linoleum--later in the SAME DAY) and the new carpets were installed and vacuumed on Friday, March 4th for our new tenants arrival on Sunday, March 6th. We could not have been happier with the service, the quality of the carpet, the price....the amazingly quick turnaround! I can't say enough good things--the whole experience was amazing and I highly recommend Haight Carpet to everyone. more

Great Service, Honest and Professional 3/1/2011

We live in Seattle and after calling a few places and getting Kristina (owner) on the phone, we knew that we needed to make the trip out to Woodinville and see her and their showroom. She offered great advice and direction in choosing a carpet, responsive communication and fast installation scheduling. The two men that installed it are true craftsmen and we did not see a flaw anywhere. They were professional and two of the nicest folks you'd want to meet. A project from start to finish.... doesn't get any better! more
