Good: Amazing NY pizza. Restaurant atmosphere is great too. Great to talk to your neighbours.. Bad: Long line up. But worth it.. Improvements: Keep on deliver the great tasting pizza. more

Grimaldi's pizzeria 11/27/2005

If you've been to the original pizzeria in Brooklyn Heights that bears this name, you know what great quality this pizza is. Apparently owned by the same family, this Garden City restaurant is quite good. The service was wonderful - my friend and I were served by friendly, attentive waitstaff. If you like thin crust pizza, this stuff is amazing! I could definitely eat an entire pie by myself - it's so light and SO good. Just be advised, they don't deliver, and the place is usually packed during dinnertime on the weekends! But it's DEFINITELY worth the wait! more

Great Brick Oven Pizza 7/14/2005

Grimaldi's is one of the best pizzeria restaurants in NY according to Zagat and I must agree with them. They are open 7 days a week and have coal brick oven pizza that is rediculousyly delicous. The interesting thing about this restaurant is that they do not serve slices and you must buy an individual pizza but it is great anyway. more
