An excellent car buying experience. I drove my last Honda for 11 years because I didn't want to go through the ordeal of getting a new car. This time, we purchased from Honda City, and I was pleasantly surprised. I test drove two Civics, and finally opted for the new 2013. I'm thrilled with my car and with Honda City. I've always had decent service. I'd like to comment on 1laila's review about the broken windshield - I've had a similiar incident, where I brought my car in and my driver's side mirror was broken during the time it was in their possession. They fixed it promptly and did not charge me a cent. They were apologetic and very friendly throughout the situation. I've been going back to them for Honda service since. Terrible business. My co-worker brought her CRV in for Oil change and NYS Inspection. They changed oil and did inspection. Put NYS Inspection sticker on windshield. They passed vehicle for inspection. Then sometime after that ,during their possesion of the vehicle, the windshield got broken. \r \r When my coworker picked up her vehicle they explained that somehow this was her fault, they denied liability, and told her to get it off their property. They refused to repair the windshield, and refused to pay for the damage. \r \r She should have filed police report for property damage.\r \r The Older service ""Manager"" was rude nasty and told her that under no circumstance would they accept liablity. \r \r This business should be ashamed of their foul tactics.
