I moved from Yorba Linda to Mission Viejo and I still go to Good Guys to have anything done on my car because I only trust them. They are honest and explain everything to you, no hidden costs, they are up front with all repairs. more

The guys at Good Guys are trustworthy mechanics who do a good job and don't screw you over with pricing. They don't try to "up-sell" you for things your car doesn't need. They are a rare breed, honest mechanics! And nice guys. We take our three cars here and have recommended them to family and friends, everyone has had similar positive experiences with them. more

Pete and Mark at Good Guys have set the bar very high for other service maintenance companies. We've been loyal customers since 1997 and won't go anywhere and have referred dozens of people to them. They are honest, fast, reasonably priced, and nice guys to boot. more

Typical guys... love to solve the problem, but they don't talk to us. Great mechanics . Know the products and function. However I had to be the one to call at 4:45 two days in a row to find out the status of my car. Maybe you can a text update ? I know you guys get swamped....
