This place is a customers worst nightmare! The management and staff members are horrible! I will never go back to this place and I do not recommend anyone to go there and expect to be a valued customer. I have purchased many times from this place and never had any encounter with the management until I recently purchased one of their extensions. They won't allow you to try it on, they can only let you view it as you see it and if you want it, then purchase it. I bought the extensions for $85. When I got home and tried two pieces of the extensions, it was not long, it was the same length as my natural hair, so it did not make a difference, it was just adding more hair to my own for no reason at all, as thick as it already is. SO, I went back with intentions to exchange, no thought of asking for a refund, now understand that when I went back it was only less than an hour from my purchase. They were not cordial, they treated me like I was a fraudulent customer and would not even let me exchange it!! Barely an hour of my purchase, I could not even exchange and was willing to pay more if needed. The Korean wife I'm assuming rudely said to me 1 min or 2 mins of your purchase we will not let you exchange or refund it! Awful! Only because I tested two pieces with all others still in the plastic wrap. ANY RETAIL HAS AN EXCHANGE POLICY, THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!! more

Golden Mart Beauty Supply are a scam. Their products are not genuine but advertise for nearly wholesale individual sales.. Don't waste your money or your time. DESERVES ZERO STARS AND CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. more

I placed an order with Golden Mart Beauty Supply on May,1st 2010. I have given this company tons of business as I work for JET Magazine and have referred many people. I took notice that every time I would place an order (every other month for the last year) afterward the company would send me a coupon for money off. The coupon would be available for use right away and would expire always a month later. This would frustrate me as I would preferred to have had the coupon at the time of my initial purchase and the following month the coupon would be of no good to me. After placing my $90 order on May 1st. Without fail 3 hours later a coupon for money off toward a purchase of $50 or more was forwarded to my email from Golden Mart Beauty Supply. According to the date on the coupon was available for use right away. I immediately emailed their customer service department, requesting that the coupon be applied toward the purchased I had just made no more than 3 hours ago. I was beyond shocked when the Customer Service Manager Jackie Donnahue responded to my email in a cold-less than friendly manner. Stating this ""could not be done as the order had already been processed"". There were no attempts made to satisfy me as a customer or apologies. I responded that I'd like to cancel the order although Jackie Donnahue responded belittling me by stating that ""I was unethical as there ""cancellation policy"" clearly listed on the website states there will be no cancellation on any orders"". I was floored at the terrible the customer service and to think I had given so much of my hard earned money as well as referrals to this company. I responded that I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau however this didn't seem to phase Jackie Donnahue in the least in fact she continued to insult my intelligence by sending 4 more emails in which she stated ""that if I felt really really badly about the discount of $5 I missed out on that they'd be more than happy to send my another coupon for my future orders""! In addition she made sure to let me know that the owner of the company wouldn't be available to hear my complaint and the CFO was out traveling. I have since decided to file complaints regarding this company with several websites and was shocked to find more complaints about them on-line about how rude they are. I have succeeded in getting the word out and will continue to warn people to shop elsewhere. There's a recession going on but it seems Golden Mart Beauty Supply has more business than they need. I enjoyed the shopping experience I had when i was training in Chattanooga's for two weeks. They had so many items and I had died and gone to heaven. I knew we did not have of the different brands they they had, I got comments on the quality of hair I had bought. I never really shop on line but I know I'll get a good choice and a good price .
